I found myself recognizing my faults and excuses in the actions of the main characters. And, through their struggles and growth, I realized I could also recognize my strengths. This is one of those books that, once read, makes the reader want to change the world. If you've ever felt like things are hopeless, you need to read this book. If you've ever felt like a nothing, you need to read this book. If you've ever told yourself that God can't use you to make a difference, you need to read this book.

“HUNGRY FOR MORE”

From a plot and character standpoint, S.O.L.A.D.™ has done an outstanding job of keeping me engaged and wanting to see what happens next. That's the primary thing I am looking for when I read a story, and S.O.L.A.D.™ has delivered. I whipped through the book at warp speed, and when I hit the end--which was like a punch in the gut and I am sure will be especially so to those who are from Memphis or others who know just how much the city has struggled and believe in its potential to rise above its challenges--I found myself left with questions that I badly wanted to resolve. I know I can't be the only reader out there wanting to know if a certain someone is lying about a predestination paradox. What a way to bring together science fiction fun, and spiritual warfare, to leave the reader with those sorts of questions!
